The 90s were a time like no other, from the sticky floors of the Hacienda to Liam Gallagher vs Sporty Spice and the chaos of Woodstock 99. Even those who weren’t there know its significance. A lot has changed since then. Oasis aren’t fighting each other, floppy disks are no more, and neither is Woodstock or Warped Tour. There’s much that could be brought back, and should be, but most of all for The Radio Addicts, it’s Britpop. In an undeniably anthemic style, they’re making it their own and bringing it back around.

Following the release of ‘Scroll My Life Away’ (2025) and ‘Before My Eyes’ (2025), the band’s latest single, 'Let’s Party Like It’s The 90s’, keeps the same theme of dazzling guitars and punky attitude as its predecessor yet transforms brilliantly with an admirable musical maturity, offering well-rounded, punchy percussion and electrifyingly fun guitars that would fit perfectly alongside Jimmy Eat World's‘ The Middle’ and Blur’s ‘The Universal’ at a party throughout.

The aforementioned continues throughout the track's call-to-action chorus and atmospheric bridge, where it becomes more than just a song, but a heartfelt and vibrant embodiment of The Radio Addicts' bright star power as well as a true anthem for listening in uncertain times, even with the track's short time span. It's hopefully to the point and excellently conveys its story of young love and carefree chaos with an unfiltered honesty that all can relate to.

Overall, this track is a standout for one of Bolton’s best young bands, and is sure to be a live favourite when the band heads out on tour this June and July before a very packed festival season.
