In a world so chaotic and confusing, it can feel like a never-ending cycle; from thought spirals to rumination, leaving you wondering what's real and what is not.

Manchester-based Prickle Productions, with the help of Camens’s (UK) track ‘Sleep Patterns’, repeats the message that no one is truly alone in this experience.

From the get-go, this video draws you in with its simple yet effective narrative, combining relatable experience and cleverly created news compilations like that of an average BBC news broadcast, only with a bit more of a light-hearted nature. You cannot help but relate to its depiction of being haunted by doomscrolling in the form of one of the newsreaders appearing beside an already on-edge viewer and late-night sleeplessness that slowly eats away at the mind.

This video is a must-watch, and it brilliantly encapsulates the track's context in its short but punchy delivery.

The unofficial video can be found below.
