After a pretty stormy Thursday, you can imagine energy to be low, but nothing could dampen Satyr Play's energy both on and off stage, naturally, you can imagine that Kendal Calling was about to get a little crazy... Since you're playing the woodland stage at Kendal calling, what woodland animal would you be? Jaime: I would probably be a fox I feel like they are survivors, don't get into a lot of trouble and show how to take care of themselves. Fred: I would probably be a squirrel, they've got lots of energy and they're nice to look at, also they like to let you in close and are like Nah!. Juan: if I wanted to be a woodland animal I would like to be Fred Farrell, I've heard they're really rare, and he is one of the wildest I know. Describe your set in one word? Fred: Electric Jaime: Boring *laughter* no I would say good. Juan: I play acoustic so I can't relate but I would say amazing, it was amazing. You guys arrived at the festival yesterday, who has been your favourite act so far? Fred: Live for me were the northern Threads Juan: Miles Kane eating cheese in his slippers in the backstage area. What is your festival food guilty pleasure? Fred: None of them are guilty, ill eat anything, greasy like hot dogs, the kind of stuff you couldn't justify eating at home without feeling guilty. Juan: I'm vegetarian/vegan so I appreciate the variety. Jaime: love pie-minster. So after you all got settled at the festival, you always have to take a festival picture, how did you all fit in that green tent of yours?
