KOJI embarks on UK/EU tour

KOJI (Andrew Shiraki) is back on tour across the UK and Europe,thoughout Janaurary and February of this year.The UK leg of the tour (supporting Such Gold & Ducking Punches ) began last night at the Broadcast in Glasgow (17 Jan) and tonight will be performing in manchester at the Star and Garter before continuing on to 12 other shows across the uk.

He will then be then embarking on solo shows throughout Europe starting at the JC Kavka in Antwerp,Beligum and ending at Monster Records in Hannover,Denmark.

"I initially came off the road to do some spiritual and emotional repair. The decision to slow down came during the rise of both Black Lives Matter and Trump. I knew that I wanted to participate, better educate myself, and grow in certain ways I could only do in very localized community. Taking the time for myself has grounded me and I know that I'll be singing from a deeper, stronger place in 2019. I'm ready for the year ahead." Koji states as activism has always been part of his artistic practise.

In 2019 he is back and ready for what comes next throughout the year.
